Kirsty Macgregor — M.A. (honors), M.B.A.
Kirsty MacGregor heads up the MacGregor Consultancy and brings core skills of strategic analysis and project management to the team. The MacGregor Consultancy was set up in 2003 and has taken a key role in high profile projects including the Voyages of Discovery which showcased leading Scottish Science to Fortune 500 companies, Beyond Best Practice, an EU Summit on Innovation and The Scottish Diaspora Forum part of the Homecoming 2009 programme in the Scottish Parliament.
Kirsty has the proven ability to bring people together to create exciting, innovative events which generate real results.
Kirsty also has over two decades of experience working in the personal development field as a practitioner, trainer and in an organisational capacity. She is committed to empowering individuals and leadership teams to express their “inner greatness”; understanding that deep engagement and meaning are key to a fulfilled life. Kirsty has completed the Ashridge Business School Executive Coaching course and the Co-active Coaching Training Institute (CTI) core curriculum.

Fiona Duff — B.A.
Fiona brings PR, marketing and outstanding networking skills to The Macgregor Consulting Group. Fiona has built up a considerable reputation as a publicist over the past two decades, running her own business, Duff Publicity, for much of this time. Fiona has experience in promoting a broad range of sectors from the entertainment industry to fashion, restaurants, architecture and authors.
Fiona has also worked as a freelance journalist- writing for many publications including the Daily Mail, Evening News and Mail on Sunday. From 2000-2002 she worked at the Scotsman as Commissioning Editor (Features).
Janet Murray BA (Hons) Dip M.
Janet is a Master NLP practitioner and
inspirational coach. She has a wealth of understanding and experience
drawn from over a decade with Shell UK followed by the building and selling
of her own successful business. Janet is passionate about helping people
to create and achieve the life that they desire.

Malcolm MacGregor — B.A, M.B.A.
Malcolm has been a company Director for Broadreach Retail consultancy for eight years, specialising in Organisational Change primarily in the Retail Sector, and working with a selection of FTSE 100 organisations including Marks and Spencer, Sainsburys, Tesco and British Telecom.
The key question Malcolm has contemplated since 1999 has been how businesses get the best from their people – their greatest asset, and how do they generate tomorrow’s leaders from within? Malcolm has developed a theory that uses coaching to unlock the talents many of us have hidden away to the service of the organisation. It is not about fixing what is broken, but about discovering new talents and new ways to use old talents that lead to far greater effectiveness.
Malcolm graduated with an MBA from Edinburgh in 2001, and has recently completed a PhD at the Edinburgh University Management School.

Sharon Thomas — B.A. (honors)
A Cambridge graduate, Sharon is a highly experienced Management Consultant specialising in the design and delivery of leadership development and change management courses. Sharon’s consultancy work focuses primarily on achievement, motivation and growth for individuals and corporations. She has successfully worked with European Commission Funding to design and deliver highly innovative developmental courses in partnership with HE institutions.
In addition to her work with The MacGregor Consultancy, Sharon has maintained a thriving private coaching practice since 1992, with current clients in China, France, Greece and the Middle East as well as the UK. Clients include lawyers, teachers, artists, engineers, entrepreneurs, consultants and managers within corporate and government sectors. She specialisies in helping individuals and teams to clarify and energise their own strategies for self defined success.
She has recently worked with companies such as EDF, Schlumberger and Coutts.

Denis Taylor MA (honors)
Denis Taylor is an experienced and respected senior executive with a track record of international success in both government and industry. As a general manager and change agent, with almost twenty years of senior level experience, he specialises in organisation and business performance improvement.
After graduating with honours in Physics from the University of Strathclyde, he joined EMI Medical as a researcher on CAT body scanners. He later chose a career path in the electronics industry and progressed to Director and Vice President positions in Europe and the USA, including with NCR, AT & T, DELL, Solectron and the Scottish Government)Scottish Enterprise & Scottish Development International). In June 2009 he established the Hidden Office Ltd, (www.thehiddenoffice.co.uk) a company dedicated to improving the performance of service and office based organisations in government and industry. the Hidden Office and The MacGregor Consultancy collaborate on operations and personal productivity improvement.
